Meagan got her start in real estate in 2015, and quickly realized her strength wasn’t just in the transaction, but in everything that makes the business actually work. As Broker-in-Charge and Director of Operations at Carlton Realty Co., she leads the systems, structure, and standards that keep the entire team operating at a high level, overseeing everything from budgeting and business planning to marketing and team events.
Her role is equal parts strategy and execution. She builds and refines the processes that drive efficiency, hold the team accountable, and elevate the overall client experience, all while ensuring the business grows and runs smoothly. Involved in more than 650 transactions, she also knows exactly where deals fall apart and how to keep them on track, which is part of why, to her, “clients for life” isn’t a tagline, it’s the result of taking great care of people during what could be a stressful time in their lives.
Meagan also works directly with a select group of buyers and sellers, primarily repeat clients and referrals, a hands-on role she keeps by design so she stays close to the front lines and what the team’s systems actually need to support.
When she’s not keeping everything moving, Meagan is spending time with her husband Jeremy and their two sons, hanging out with friends, catching a comedy show, and always cheering (loudly) for the Buffalo Bills!
