As Broker-in-Charge and Director of Operations at Carlton Realty Co., she’s responsible for building and refining the processes that drive efficiency, hold the team accountable, and elevate the overall client experience. Her role is equal parts strategy and execution, ensuring the business not only runs smoothly but also continues to grow with intention. Because to her, “clients for life” isn’t a tagline, it’s the result of doing the work right every time.
When she’s not keeping everything moving, Meagan is spending time with her husband Jeremy and their two sons, spending time with friends, or cheering (loudly) for the Buffalo Bills and NC State Wolfpack.
