This was our second time working with Kate and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Not only did she negotiate the most incredible deal (ever??), she was supportive and offers the best guidance. I moved out of the area prior to listing, so I relied heavily on Kate during the sale of my home. She never missed a beat!
