Donating a portion of every closing to Green Chair Project

🪑 The Green Chair Project — Raleigh

As our team’s partner charity (we donate $100 from every closing!) this is our personal favorite place to volunteer! The Green Chair Project helps families in crisis turn empty houses into safe, comfortable homes. Volunteers sort furniture donations, create home setups, and more to see firsthand the impact of a fresh start for families transitioning out of homelessness or crisis situations.
